1. What LocalPros Is
LocalPros is a homeowner research platform. We publish pricing guidance, hiring tools, and location-specific pages, and we allow users to submit recommendation requests so LocalPros can generate a shortlist of relevant research profiles or, in select markets, reviewed public business listings to review next.
LocalPros does not directly perform home services and does not automatically dispatch your request to businesses by default.
2. Using LocalPros
You may browse LocalPros without creating an account. If you submit a form, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful homeowner research and project-planning purposes.
3. Recommendation Requests
When you submit a recommendation request, LocalPros stores the request, preserves the page context it came from, and may generate a shortlist of LocalPros research profiles or reviewed public business listings based on the service and location you entered.
Submitting a request does not mean a business has received your details, agreed to participate with LocalPros, or is guaranteed to contact you.
4. Research Profiles and Content
Profiles, ratings, review counts, years in business, pricing ranges, FAQs, and comparison guidance on LocalPros are informational tools meant to help homeowners organize research. They are not guarantees of current service quality, pricing, availability, or fit.
You are responsible for verifying credentials, insurance, availability, and final pricing directly with any business you decide to contact.
5. No Endorsement or Guarantee
LocalPros does not guarantee workmanship, pricing, response time, licensing status, insurance status, availability, or project outcomes for any business referenced on the site. Any agreement you enter into with a business is solely between you and that business.
6. Intellectual Property
LocalPros content, tools, design, data presentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute material from the site except as allowed by law or with written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LocalPros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, your reliance on site content, or your dealings with any business you contact after using LocalPros.
